Demi Lovato is sharing this sweet news in neon lights.
The “Heart Attack” singer revealed that she and her fiancé Jordan "Jutes" Lutes have welcomed a furry member to their family.
Alongside a photo of the blonde-haired puppy sitting on a colorful rug, Demi wrote on her Instagram Stories July 23, “Meet our new son pickle.”
And it’s no surprise the pup was named after the food since it’s one of her favorites. In fact, the 31-year-old explained on The Drew Barrymore Show in February, “I am a big fan of the pickle juice popsicles.” Just moments later, a bouquet of pickles from Jutes, 33, came out as a surprise.
Owning a dog together is just the latest milestone for the couple, who got engaged in December, just over a year after they debuted their relationship. Following the news of their proposal, the Disney alum couldn’t help but gush over the special moment.
“I’m still speechless,” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “Last night was the best night of my life and I can’t believe I get to marry the love of my life. My love, I'm beyond excited to marry you. Every day I've spent with you has been a dream come true and I can't wait to love and cherish you forever. Here's to the rest of our lives."
Demi—who called off her engagement to Max Ehrich in 2020—couldn’t help but gush over her relationship with Jutes.
"We just laugh constantly about sometimes the stupidest stuff," she said on the Zach Sang Show in September. "I'm actually a very weird person. I can get really weird like just making weird noises and funny voices and just funny faces. When I'm with Jordan, I feel like we can be weird together and that nothing else in this world exists but us."
She added, “It's so rewarding and so fulfilling and I feel like he completes me and that's, to me, what it feels like to be in love.”
